6 PM -Things appear to have settled down. Over 35 have been transported to Houston NW, Hermann Med Center, Woodlands Methodist, Hermann Woodlands, Texas Children’s Woodlands (one child critical now stable) 30 have refused medical treatment. At the onset Command reported over 100 needed to be decontaminated on the scene….
