Fire Departments have been getting calls all morning about an odor in the air which some are describing as garlic or onion. Some even are saying it is a smell like gasoline. Harris County Pollution Control has been working since Thursday when reports started to come in over the Galena Park area. As of 11 am this morning they still have not found the source. In Montgomery County, Porter Fire started responding to several calls just after 7 am this morning on Community Drive, Wallis Drive, and the 23000 block of I-69. Harris County has identified the source as Lyondell in East Harris County. They are trying to identify what the substance is.
