An investigation into the use of counterfeit coupons in The Woodlands has helped six Montgomery County nonprofits donated goods to needy families. “We were able to take a negative and make it a positive for those who are less fortunate in the community,” said Montgomery County Sheriff’s Cpt. Tim Holifield following a Tuesday afternoon press conference at agency headquarters in Conroe.
