A Pinehurst man facing felony charges in Montgomery County is alleging officers broke his neck during a January arrest. Police cameras show Gary Berger, 40, was riding his motorcycle when he was pulled over Jan. 19 by officers who used a stun gun on him. An officer is seen on police body camera video placing his knee on Berger’s neck.
