A call to authorities on Friday led to the recovery of about three vehicles valuing $40,000 and the arrest of four people in an auto theft case out of Porter. Brian Robert Adams, 37, Bonnie Hough Garcia, 43, Marshall Neal Hough, 46, David Michael Kull, 34, were charged with the felony offense of engaging in organized crime, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
