MAN WHO SET SPLENDORA BOY ON FIRE MAKES COURT APPEARANCE. Donald Collins, who is charged with murder in the burning death of Robbie Middleton, is set to stand trial in January. Collins was arraigned Thursday morning in the 359th District Court of Judge Kathleen Hamilton. His attorney requested a change of venue and Judge Hamilton gave him until October to file his briefs.
