About 4 pm Sunday afternoon Porter Fire Department responded to a report of an approximately 3-year-old child recovered from an apartment swimming pool at the Villas of Valley Ranch in the 21800 block of Valley Ranch Crossing. It was reported CPR was in progress. The child was transported in critical condition to Texas Children’s in The Woodlands. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
