Memorial Day weekend on Lake Conroe left three people in custody and included 29 noncriminal incidents ranging, according to authorities. Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s deputies arrested two for boating while intoxicated and a third for a felony narcotics offense. Among the 29 incidents Precinct 4 responded to, there were three minor boating wrecks, according to the constable’s office.
