HOUSTON – All northbound main lanes on I-45 North at Rayford in Montgomery County are shut down after a three-vehicle crash. On Houston Transtar cameras, one car could be seen flipped over while another vehicle is seen crashed into the side rails. Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route until the scene is cleared.
