As revelers hit the road Memorial Day weekend, Montgomery County law enforcement wants imbibers to know they will be monitoring the road for any intoxicated drivers. Starting Friday and ending Monday, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is overseeing No Refusal Operations on DWIs and BWIs (boating while intoxicated) with increased patrol officers on streets, roads and Lake Conroe to prevent vehicle crashes and deaths, according to the DA’s Office.
