Montgomery County Court at Law No. 3 Judge Patrice McDonald is stepping down after 14 years on the bench. County Judge Mark Keough announced McDonald’s retirement following a commissioner’s court executive session Tuesday. The court unanimously agree to appoint McDonald’s Associate Judge Amy Tucker to preside over the court until the bench is up for election in 2022.
