THE WOODLANDS, TX — On May 19, 2021, Montgomery County Pct 3 Constable K-9 Deputy Loucks stopped a pickup truck on College Park Drive for a traffic violation and detained and passenger. During the investigation the drive was taken into custody for Possession of Controlled Substance and the passenger was released.
