Moody Rambin announced two leases at its Town Centre One building at 750 Town & Country Blvd. in west Houston. SCOR Reinsurance Co., represented by David Husid and Merrill Roth of Newmark, leased 5,805 square feet. USP Houston, represented by Nelson Udstuen of CBRE, leased 4,049 square feet. Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan with Moody Rambin represented the landlord.
