Come by for hot coffee & warm-up. The Pct. 4 Commissioner’s Office, in conjunction with the Office of Emergency Management, have a warming center at the East Montgomery County Community Center in Splendora again today. The building is located at 16401 First St., Splendora, and used to house the YMCA.
