Montgomery County warming centers help residents survive record cold

Lee Anderson, 66, doesn’t know what he would have done if he hadn’t been brought to the warming center set up by the county at the Lone Star Convention Center in Conroe. He was brought to the center after calling 911, unsure of what else to do as the temperatures continued to drop and he was without water and power for hours.
