615AM- Thousands are without power this morning due to both rolling blackouts and power line damages from ice. CITY OF SPLENDORA NORTH OF FM 2090 AND EAST OF I-69 WOODLANDS BETWEEN KUYKENDAHL AND BRANCH CROSSING AND NORTH OF WOODLANDS PARKWAY. THIS IS JUST A SMALL LIST.
