Constable PCT 1 Deputies observed a vehicle southbound on I45 that was reported to have been used in an Agg Robbery in Walker County. Sheriff’s Deputies and Conroe PD joined and a stop was initiated. The suspect vehicle failed to yield, turning west on 105. The vehicle ran the red light at Loop 336 W, causing a multiple vehicle accident. One suspect ran on foot and was taken into custody in the HEB parking lot by PCT 1 and Sheriff’s Deputies. A passenger was detained at the accident scene. The suspect’s vehicle returned as stolen along with a stolen firearm found in the vehicle. No serious injuries from the accident reported at this time. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is taking lead on the investigation and Conroe Police Department is working on the accident.
