Fatally injured infant’s Conroe mom charged in separate newborn case

A Conroe woman on parole for the fatal injury of her prematurely born infant son is charged with allegedly leaving a newborn girl she birthed in a water-filled toilet. Denette Elizabeth Williams, 34, is charged with endangering a child, a state jail felony. Williams is out on a $50,000 bond, according to Montgomery County court records.
