SPRING, TX — On April 10, 2022, around 11:00 pm, Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a suspicious person call in the 400 block of Rayford Road. A citizen advised they could hear a loud noise coming from underneath a vehicle, and then observed a male get into a grey passenger car and flee the scene.
