On April 7, 2022, Montgomery County Precinct 5 Deputies stopped Eric Anthony Gutierrez of 1316 Clear Cedar Ct in Conroe for driving while intoxicated in the 4000 block of FM 1488. Gutierrez was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
