On January 31, 2021 at around 3:40 p.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Lowe’s Home Improvement store located at 3052 College Park Drive in The Woodlands, Texas in reference to a Robbery. The suspect entered the store at about 2:30 PM and began walking around the garden center.
