The Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce will soon roll out new tools to help reconnect customers to the local business community. Chamber Director Shannan Reid believes serving businesses is the “heartbeat” of the chamber and the quality of the organization makes it essential to the community. As the novel coronavirus pandemic hit, the chamber offered webinars, guidance, “ a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, and a guiding voice,” she said.
