Montgomery prayer event marks MLK Day

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. remembrances were changed to virtual formats or canceled altogether in attempts to slow the spread of COVID-19. In Montgomery County, the two annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. remembrances in The Woodlands and Montgomery did not take place Monday. Instead, organizers are calling for reflections on King’s work and for community service.
