Montgomery County Precinct 2 Commissioner Charlie Riley spoke to the Shenandoah City Council on Feb. 23 about the intersection of Research Forest Drive and Grogans Mill Road. Riley said John Bleyl and Bleyl Engineering have been asked to redesign the right-turn lane at the intersection, which will be the first phase of development for the project.
