After several dozen vehicles hit a pothole on I-69 northbound just north of Fostoria Road TXDOT was notified. They immediately contacted the contractor who is working on the widening project on I-69. Splendora Police responded to the scene to close off the lane to prevent any other vehicles from hitting the hole. They then closed I-69 as crews made the repairs. I-69 traffic is back to normal. Note the speed limit in the construction area is 55 mph.
