The lingering effects of the Nov. 3 presidential election have shifted to a new front: irritation over political signs remaining in yards across The Woodlands. Political sign complaints are not new to The Woodlands, as the community experienced numerous disputes in recent years about political signs being improperly placed where they are prohibited or being left up long after an election is over. From medians in highly-traveled roadways to the South County Community Center and yards across the township, political sign disputes know no bounds.
