MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — The Montgomery County judge has been charged with driving under the influence after a three-car crash in The Woodlands in September. It happened on September 10. Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough, a Montgomery County deputy constable and a third driver collided around 7:35 a.m. at the intersection of Blue Fox and Grogans Mill roads. Troopers say the judge and the civilian collided first, and then the deputy’s vehicle was struck as well.
