The Woodlands Township Board of Directors voted to not reappoint chairman Walter Lisiewski to the township’s Development Standards Committee Wednesday. Lisiewski, who was the chairman of the seven-member committee for the past three years, was one of four applicants for two open seats on the DSC — a group of officials that meets twice a month and enforces the township’s complex covenant system that governs exterior design standards for both residential and commercial development.
