Montgomery County Precinct 4 DWI Unit was dispatched to a crash on US HWY 59 near Porter on 1/20/21. Callers stated the male exited the vehicle and began running down 59 with a long gun in his hands. The male threw the gun over the railing and continued running until an off-duty Splendora Unit observed the male and detained him until our units arrival.
