The Conroe City Council got a sneak peak at its updated comprehensive plan Thursday that city leaders will use to continue growth and development of the city. The city began the process to update the plan in March 2019 when the council approved a $285,000 contract with Freese & Nichols to act as the city’s consultant on the project.
