THE WOODLANDS — When Ben Shearer arrives on campus at the University of Arkansas, he will see at least one familiar face. Shearer, who won the TAPPS Class 5A state championship less than two weeks ago, will be joining his older brother, Josh, as a member of the Razorbacks’ cross country program.
