Jeffery James Sutton, 50, of 10843 Amar in Conroe has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle. He is being held on a $100,000 bond. Sutton, who was intoxicated was southbound on FM 1484 just before 5 pm Wednesday when he turned left toward his home on Northridge Road not yielding to a 2017 Harley Davidson motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle has been identified as James Cooper, 43, of Willis.
