A fugitive from North Dakota wanted for multiple alleged sex crimes against children was apprehended Tuesday in Conroe. Dwayne Warren Gerard, 61, of Karlsrune, N.D., was being sought on eight out-of-state warrants for offenses involving children, including for gross sexual imposition and use of a minor in sexual performance, according to the Conroe Police Department.
