The Woodlands Fire Departments Responds After Vehicle Crashes Into House

THE WOODLANDS, TX — At 3:00 a.m. this morning The Woodlands Fire Department and Montgomery County Hospital District were dispatched to a report of a vehicle into a house near the intersection of Branch Crossing and Craftwood. Firefighters arrived and found a single vehicle that had left the roadway and crashed through a fence into a house on Spinning Wheel Circle. While MCHD paramedics evaluated the single occupant of the vehicle, who had exited prior to TWFD arrival, firefighters verified no one was in the house and then secured the utilities and cut power to the vehicle. After being evaluated for minor injuries, the driver declined transport. The TWFD Rescue team assisted with the removal of the vehicle and then shored the exterior wall of the home. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident.
