CROSS COUNTRY: Sequeira, Ellis win on home course for Magnolia

MAGNOLIA — Magnolia’s Emma Ellis and Dylan Sequeira led the way at their home Run the Dog Pound XC Invitational 5K on a cool and ideal Saturday morning for a meet. Sequeira, a senior, set the school record with a blazing time of 15 minutes, 8 seconds, which was 36 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher in the Gold Race.
