A Montgomery man is facing felony charges for felony theft. According to a release from the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA), 52 year old Shannon Dossett of Montgomery was arrested and indicted on September 9th for stealing his former business partner’s horse trailer.
