A Conroe man is behind bars after confessing to making sexual contact with four girls. He stands accused by five women of doing the same to them when they were underage. Roy Mack Fenley, 67, is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14, a first-degree felony, according to court and jail records.
