Montgomery County is continuing its home buyout program and is seeking federal dollars to help move that effort forward. On Tuesday, commissioners approved a $98,000 contract with Hagerty Consulting to apply for the Fiscal Year 2021 Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Mitigation Assistance grant program on behalf of the county.
