Just after noon on Tuesday a Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputy stopped Jessie Thomas Newell, 37, of 11813 Crystal Creek on traffic. During the stop, he was found in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on a $500 bond.
