A 20-year-old is in jail custody today for allegedly killing a man with a truck in Magnolia. Manuel Franco, of Magnolia, is being charged with murder, according to officials. Franco was being questioned by homicide detectives in relation to the death of 35-year-old Martin Cano, who died of injuries from a Sunday night attack in the 19000 block of Turtle Creek Way in Magnolia, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
