MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – According to Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 59 near FM 2090, which led to the discovery of a subject providing a fake ID. Further investigation revealed the individual was wanted out of Bexar County for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and was also subject to an ICE detainer.
