MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A Pct. 4 K9 Deputy’s attempt to stop a vehicle led to a brief pursuit, resulting in the arrest of a suspect near Loop 494 and 1485. The individual faces charges including felony evading in a motor vehicle, violation of a protective order, possession of illegal narcotics, and unlawful carry of a weapon, according to a press release from Constable Kenneth Rowdy Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County.
