SPRING, Texas – An adult male was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Spring Stuebner Road, where he was found with a loaded firearm and marijuana. The arrest was made by a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office, according to a press release from Harris County Constable Precinct 4.The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Spring Stuebner Road.
