MAGNOLIA, Texas – A woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being found asleep in a McDonald’s drive-thru, according to the Magnolia Police Department. The incident occurred last night, and the driver was later found to have a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit.An officer was dispatched to the McDonald’s location after reports of a driver asleep in the drive-thru. The vehicle left before the officer’s arrival but was subsequently located on the roadway. After stopping the vehicle for a separate traffic violation, an intoxication investigation was conducted, leading to the arrest of the female driver for DWI 2nd, stated the Magnolia Police Department.
