A teenage boy is fighting for his life in the ICU following an alleged hit-and-run in Texas. On Nov. 3, the 16-year-old kid was riding his bike along East Louetta Road in Spring, Texas, a Houston suburb, when he was hit by a car heading in the same direction, according to a statement released by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on November 14.
