PLANTERSVILLE, Grimes County — A man is in custody and facing a felony charge after shooting another individual in the back in Grimes County. According to the sheriff’s office, on Monday, Oct. 14 around 12:53 p.m., officers were notified of a man that had been shot in the back with a pellet gun off of Pinebrook Drive in Plantersville. Officials say the man that was shot was taken to get treated at a medical facility in Houston.
