Update: The lockdown is lifted and the threat appears to be clear. Bluebonnet News will post a separate article about the threat. Cleveland High School is currently on lockdown following threats called in to the Cleveland Police Department on Monday morning, around 7 a.m., according to Superintendent Stephen McCanless. The first call, made by a student, cited ongoing stress and bullying. Moments later, a second call from the same individual threatened a school shooting, prompting immediate action by the district and law enforcement agencies.
