COLDSPRING — Along with other end-of-the-fiscal-year items, the Coldspring City Council discussed creating new ordinances. Mayor John Benestante said that at the Sept. 9 meeting, the council touched on the development of a loose-dog ordinance, as well as creating zoning ordinances for used car lots and auto repair areas.
