MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A traffic stop near Loop Kent and Laura resulted in the arrest of a man for felony possession of a controlled substance. According to a press release from Constable Kenneth Rowdy Hayden, Pct. 4 Deputy conducted the stop and deployed K9 Vic, who gave a positive alert. The male suspect is now in custody.
