MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A traffic stop by a Precinct 4 deputy resulted in the discovery of cocaine and marijuana in the vehicle. Constable Kenneth Rowdy Hayden of Montgomery County reported that a Precinct 4 deputy initiated the stop due to an obstructed windshield and failure to signal a turn. The deputy requested K9 assistance, which led to a positive alert for narcotics. Subsequently, cocaine and marijuana were retrieved from the vehicle, according to the constable’s office.
